As the founder and managing partner at CK Property Investments, Courtney and her team have acquired over $200 Million worth of multifamily properties over the last 6 years. Her goals include expanding her companies reach into new growing markets allowing CK Property Investments to give their investors the best deals in the market. Courtney’s hard work ethic and loyalty has brought her a fulfilled and joyful life. Courtney is passionate about relationships so don’t be shy to reach out and introduce yourself!

Managing Partner

Kelly has led an impressive career running a corporate cleaning business, a computer supply business, and wholesaling real estate properties in addition to working 26 years for a Fortune 500 Company in In-Flight Services. This further developed his customer service-based approach to business. These skills were a natural translation to his real estate career buying and selling single-family homes. Getting a foothold in the multifamily investing industry has always been a goal and it now has his full-time attention.

Kelly and his team have acquired over $200 Million worth of multifamily properties over the last 6 years and have no plans of slowing down. As the managing partner of CK property investments, Kelly plays a major role in making sure that investors feel confident with their investments.

Kelly is a proud father and enjoys spending his free time with his 6 children and grandchildren. His children and family mean the world to him and drives his passion for building generational wealth through multifamily real estate.
